We just had to have our tuxey, aged 12, put down...kidney lymphoma. The house is waaaay too calm without a tuxedo cat in it...shit.

I grew up with various tuxedo cats. They weren't the brightest bulbs, but they were well tempered. Sorry to hear about your cat, but age 12 is about right for most house cats.

Like all of ours, he was a rescue kitty with enough personality and affection for 3 cats. There will be another tuxedo in this house but never another one like Port...

Yeah our tux's were rescues too, (except the first one, he was just given to us by the owner when we bought their house). Was he a good hunter?

Strictly an indoor kitty...and a bit of a goof so not much of a hunter at all. Mostly hunted laps and attention.
